RFS Appoints Scott A. Martin as Director of Broadcast Sales


Meriden, CT (United States), March 8, 2016 — Radio Frequency Systems (RFS), the global wireless and broadcast infrastructure specialist, today announced the appointment of Scott A. Martin as director of broadcast sales. His addition to the RFS team is part of the company’s commitment to expanding support for broadcasters as they prepare for the U.S. broadcast television spectrum repacking program.

Scott Martin brings a thorough understanding of broadcaster’s needs, including product expertise and a wealth of industry and regulatory knowledge, to his position at RFS. He has more than 35 years of customer-facing experience in the broadcast industry including positions in sales, marketing, product line management and field service. His work encompasses extensive experience in broadcast RF and antenna, transmission line and filter/combiner sales. Most recently, he served as director of television sales at Electronics Research, Inc., in Chandler, Indiana.

RFS is widely recognized as a specialist in the design and manufacture of multi-channel antenna and transmission systems. RFS recently announced a significant expansion of its broadcast manufacturing capabilities in its U.S. headquarters in Meriden, Connecticut. The Meriden facility is now home to an extensive team of broadcast experts and is the heart of the company’s U.S. broadcast manufacturing operations.
