First RFS Partner Day Launches New Channel Partner Program

Distributors, system integrators and value-added resellers from Europe, the Middle East, Africa (EMEA) got a firsthand look at the latest wireless infrastructure solutions from RFS at the first RFS partner conference held in March. The two-day event in Hannover, Germany served as the launch for the new RFS Channel Partner Program for the EMEA and India regions, and was structured to provide a more direct connection to RFS experts that partners can leverage to make their product and service offerings more complete, compelling, and competitive.

Our channel partners are the extended arm of the RFS sales force,” said Laurent Cruchant, President RFS EMEA & India. “Their success directly contributes to our own success. As a result, we’ve structured the RFS Channel Partner Program around the technology, tools and training our partners need to deepen and enhance their existing customer relationships and win new markets and customers.”

Conducted on March 18 and 19, the event included presentations by RFS product managers about the newest developments from RFS, including transmission lines for outdoor and indoor applications, solutions for remote radio head installations, and base station antennas. Each session was followed by a complementary presentation by a RFS channel partner who relayed market experiences promoting and selling each product in his home market.

The nearly 100 attendees were also briefed on the capabilities of the RFS automated production facilities in Trignac, France, which produces microwave antennas. This was complemented by a guided tour of the RFS factory in Hannover, which manufactures CELLFLEX®, RADIAFLEX® and HELIFLEX® cables, FLEXWELL® waveguides and, since 2014, HYBRIFLEX™ cables.

The RFS Channel Partner Program provides distributors, system integrators and value-added resellers with exclusive access to world-leading products and solutions for wireless, land-mobile and microwave communications, as well as television and radio broadcasting. It is structured to deliver training and certification, competitive pricing, and marketing support to channel partners in their home markets.
